1. Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping for orders Php1,000 and above. However, if you wish to expedite your order outside Metro Manila, an additional Php150 or Php200 will be added to your final bill regardless if you reach Php1,000. This is considered as a special request.
2. Who is your delivery service?
We have plenty of couriers depending on your location, our courier might call you within the day of delivery, so please make sure to have your registered mobile phone nearby in case they call. Our delivery service cannot promise a time period since they follow a route sheet within your area. Please bear with us.
3. How many times will they deliver my product?
Our delivery partner will attempt 2-3 times only before considering your order as cancelled. Once failed, your address and name may be included in the blacklist.
4. How do I track my order?
Please email us at email@example.com for your order updates. Provinces and remote areas, especially in Mindanao, can take more than 10 days.
5. I received the wrong item.
Please email us asap at firstname.lastname@example.org for immediate action, rest assured we will do our best to correct this mistake.
